Parva Farm Vineyard is Wales’ oldest vineyard. It is situated on a south facing slope in the beautiful Wye Valley, overlooking the village of Tintern & its historic Abbey. The present vineyard was planted in 1979 but it is probable that the monks from Tintern Abbey & maybe the Romans before them cultivated vines on this Welsh hillside.
Visitors may leave the crowds behind & stroll among the vines before relaxing in our wine tasting area & sampling our award winning wines.
Our farm shop, (open from 1.00pm - 5.30p.m. every day except Wednesdays) has locally produced preserves, honey & cheese as well as gifts to suit all.
Group tours followed by tutored wine tastings may be booked in advance for day or evening.
